It has no user replaceable RAM or CPU its a wireless router.

Nonsense... Of course a router has CPU and RAM. They even have their own internal operating system. In the case of the AirPort Extreme A1408, it has the same CPU and amount of RAM as the previous 4th generation AirPort Extreme: A Marvell SoC with a 1,5 Ghz ARM core and 128 MB DDR RAM.

- i answered too quickly - what I should have said was the RAM was not plug and play like most laptops.. and that the CPU (again like most laptops) was not easily replaced or upgraded.
