Why am I unable to restore from a recovery mode?

hi what could be the possible reason of not restoring the ipad3 completely after recovery mode? i am done doing all the troubleshooting up to the safe mode thing. i wonder why the error reached this far and hard to solve knowing my ipad was properly being cared of;; never been dropped, leaned or even let this being moist or wet. i just remember the last time was i just charged this with 10% left battery at the same time downloading a large game file. i left at home and look it back after a couple of hours, this was the time i saw the abnormality of my ipad, only the apple logo was repeatedly shown up.
