If it's broken, it will probably require re-placements. It shouldn't be that expensive. Check on ebay or amazon.

go to amazon and look up digitizers or screen replacements order it and once you ordered your part you just fix it yourself . you take the back off by unscrewing the nine screws once you do that then you unscrew the motherboard but first unhook the antenna(its a little thin black and sliver wire on the motherboard ) then proceed to unscrewing the motherboard but be really really careful doing so once you unscrew the motherboard theres three little brownish flaps you will have to wiggle unloose but be really careful with these flaps because they're the main part of the digitizer, you break them then you break the phone which means you'll have to order a digitizer instead of the glass screen, so GENTLY lift the motherboard up from the digitizer, then you GENTLY lift up digitizer from the glass screen then you replacement the glass screen with the new one then you put everything back together the same way and there you go. i have the same phone but its called a cricket source same phone but different company

This is more of a question than a comment. I have a majesty zte screen is unresponsive. I have wiped all data from phone to where iam back to factory mode. Screen says welcome z796c English and start. My question is how do I fix this problem. I touch the screen and it just doesn't work. Very annoyed. I bought phone off ebay. I have tried contacting no response just like the phone. Lol. Can I take it someplace to have it fixed I'm not good at this type of fixing. Any info would be much appreciate. Thanks Misty.

I have something to add regarding the ZTE majesty take apart. The solution above is correct but it does fail to mention that the board is adhered to the back of the LCD with some strong glue so its going to take quite a bit of pressure to get it to release. I suggest using small amounts of heat to loosen the glue.....

there is a screw under the tiny ZTE sticker at lower left corner of battery .

my screen will only show the blinking red light then i put it on the charge and nothing happens but the light goes out there might b some water damage is what im thinking but answers help

The one I have been working on has a flat wire, or maybe it's flat plastic which attaches to the mother board and goes to the speaker and seems to be glued on. The speaker grill is glued in. A heat gun would be nice. I have another unit with a broken screen, and I'm going to make a video of it, and document every step.
i have a zte straight talk phone. i broke the screen glass now i cant see anything but white backround light.will a new screen fix it

I think I still have a LONG video I made of replacing the ZTE Majesty screen. Once you do a couple of them they are easy.
i have a zte straight talk phone i broke the screen when i dropped now i cant see anything but white light will a new screen fix it
The only way to fix it is to reboot it and then take your phone apart and take the battery out of the phone and blow on it to make sure that there is no dust. And if that don't work then you must use a small cutter that you can buy on amazon for $2.00 and cut off the phone and then cut the screen off and replace it and when u get the tools email me at lacyshultz@gmail.com

I cracked my screen, and now it doesn't work properly. Is there a way to reboot it or recalibrate the phone settings
