Keyboard remap: enter to alt

I've succesfully replaced the top case of my MacBook Core Duo. The new keyboard has two <enter> keys (as did the old one), one in the 'normal' spot and one immediately to the left of the arrow keys. On the other Apple keyboards I know, this is the place of the left <alt>/Option key, and consequently, I've become very accustomed to have it there (for example, moving between spaces with <alt><arrow> is very easy and quick this way). Is there any way to remap this secondary <enter> key such that it behaves like <alt>?

You have entered "Mac Land", abandon all hope of it working like a Pee Cee. There are an abundance of guides to get you though this hurdle. If you impose PC values on your Mac you will be frustrated. You picked the correct path now don't bring your baggage with you. The burden is light the path is clear. Be cool. Go to Apple, take a bite and you will have knowledge beyond belief. to do that you can use a remapper called 'doublecommand'

you may also want to try KeyRemap4MacBook.

just use the one you like (you can't use both at the same time)
