stucked recovery loop after restoring on 7.1.2

hello folks,

i have an iphone5 which seemed to be able to function, i tried to restore it and since then its stucked in recovery modus (apple logo).

restoring progress bar appears not to be synced with the itunes one. after restoring (like the last bit of progess bar misssing) itunes says restore complete, but the phone just stays at recovery mode.

i bought it when it was normal, powerbutton and homebotton doenst work, even after repair.

please advice
