Hello I repaired iPhone screen and power button flex cable but once repaired it only turns on and works when the power button flex cable is disconnected (so power button doesn't work) but when I connect the cable, I click power button to turn off and then it won't WORK?!?
Is there something wrong with the new cable?

You may have the wrong cable. It sounds like a short caused the wrong part or the cable is nicked and grounding out against another component.

Ok thanks very much, IVs bought a new cable and will be rwplaceing it with that once it came. Hopefully it works
