I broke camera cover lens? how can I buy and repair it

We just saw your post and we have determined how to replace the camera cover lens. First you will want to remove the back cover to access the cover lens. Surrounding the camera lens is a gloss black square structure. Use a guitar pick and run it around the edges to remove the glue. Once you have that removed the cover lens is just glued onto the phone. Use a guitar pick to then remove the main cover lens. The cover lens is also glued onto the phone. We are currently in the process of writing a replacement guide for this such case. We will have it posted shortly. Please ask if you have any further questions.

this is for s5 not s5 active, any other suggestions where to get s5 active lens cover?
I don't think you can purchase it separately. You have to purchase the "G870A Chassis Housing Camera Lens".
I have been using the s5 lens and cutting it down with dremel and loca in place. best i can offer people till they have parts.
That would probably work, but you lose the water resistance, so it depends on what's more important. The part is available, but it's a complete assembly.
So that len s5 is alike len s5 active too?

There's a guide linked at the bottom, but it is for replacing the camera and is unclear if the lens can be access without disassembling the front of the phone. Is the S5 Active lens (only) glued on from the outside or is it an assembly that must be accessed from the inside of the phone? I'm also having trouble finding the lens for purchases, is it the same as the regular S5 lens (one of the G900 models)?
