1 Why isn't my printer turning on?
The front facing power light is not turning on, even when my printer is plugged in and the switch is on.

This could be an issue with your power supply, or it could be the motherboard. Once the supply is plugged in check to see if the blue light is on on your power supply. If the light does not light up please refer to the power supply replacement guide.

Make sure you have the power flipped to the right voltage for your area.
