How do you replace the ribbon

I read the fixit guide for the LG CU515 my problem is the hinge was broken and when I pull the phone out of my pocket the clam shell twisted and the ribbon tore in half from the pictures on the replace the keyboard it looks like some soldering is needed when replacing the ribbon but there isn't an actual guide written for ribbon replacement so could you please go through the steps on replacing the ribbon it looks like the ribbon has three plug in keys and a place to solder a red+ & blue- wire but I'm a little unsure of my skills without a guide can you please help
