1 Why can't I hear anything with my headdphones?
When I have my headphones plugged in, I can't hear anything. However, when I unplug my headphones I can hear sounds.

- The headphones may be broken, it would be best to try and plug them in another device that uses headphones. If at that time they do not work you need to replace the headphones.
- The headphone jack may be dirty. look into the jack, best by shinning a light in there, and check for any dirt. If there is dirt clean it out and plug the headphones back in.
