When I turn it on it shows Windows Boot Manager screen and asks to insert my windows installation disk and click repair.
Windows failed to start. A recent hardware or software change might be the cause. To fix the problem insert disc.
Also has status : 0xc000000e
Info: the not selection failed bc a required device is inaccessible.
Don't have the disk and running Windows 8

Do you still have the Windows recovery CD/DVD that came with the system?
If you do all you need to do is insert the disk into the optical drive and let the system fix its self.
If you don't have the disk/s you'll need to contact Dell and order them.

I faced the same issue with my Lenovo G50. It all started asking me to update where I accepted and left it. It took a day still not updated so I removed my battery and started then it showed me that message in blue screen
Then I did this and it worked..!!!
*Press Ctrl alt delete .....
It worked for me I didn't tried on any other laptop .

I also face to same problem.
I want help to solve same issue.
I have window 10 in my desktop and I have window installation disc(window 8 single language).When insert it in optical drive it not give me option to restart or fix option and error code:0xc0000221
How could I do it? I have Email id for google-yashs5492@gmail.com

Have you tried to boot into safe mode? Which version Win are you using?

Did a reboot but nothing happened, it crashed on me about 8 mouths ago, well actually it was the blue screen of death so I took it in to a shop and they reinstalled the software
