Screen fell off.Eight beeps on startup and an external moniter doesn't
My laptop screen fell off so I decided to use my external moniter but this was when my laptop screen was still attached.Then I unscrewed the screen but my power went out.When I turned everything back on the external moniter had no signal and the laptop now beeps continuously 8 times. The screen is no longer attached to the laptop it is just 2 wires sticking out the back.I am using a hDmi cable.Can some help please.
