If my microphone does not pick up sound, how do I fix it?
When I call people, I can hear them, but they can't hear me. I tried adjusting the settings, but it still does not pick up sound.

The microphone can be accessed from the motherboard. From there, you can replace it. Check out the Troubleshooting Guide for more help.
