When i bought the phone i had no problem with the camera but within the next few months the problem started when i take photos lots of black dots started to appear in the rear camera and the pictures has the dots.

Have you clean the camera lens? The dots are stains on the camera lens, if they are not erasable, replacing a new camera lens can fix it.

Same happened to me, i tried to clean it even with toothpaste and a moist cloth but it never fixed, i guess u have to change the camera
