I'm unable to hear any audio through my phone speakers. My sound is turned on.

If you are using speakers plugged into your phone, I would try using a different set of speakers to determine if they are faulty or not.
If you are referring to the speakers inside the phone itself, then you may have to replace your audio jack or speakers in your phone.
