Why is my device not producing any sound?
There is no sound coming from the clock radio, even if it's plugged in, turned on, and on its highest volume setting.

You may need to replace your speaker. There is a replacement guide for this linked on the device page. Also make sure you have batteries properly in place before deciding to take apart your clock.
