Is there an Easy way to get into the top screen?

There are two small drips of water in the top screen of my 2ds screen. Besides how annoying it looks, it causes absolutely no problem to the display.

Basically, the 2ds is completely fine except for the appearance of these two drips. I believe they're not exactly dry, because if I press on them, another tiny drip would form next to it and eventually disappear.

The seller on ebay told me that the only way to get rid of the drips is to open up the system and simply wipe the screen. Is there an Easy way to do this? I thought that if I unscrewed the back, the front part would be able to open up, but I don't think that's true..

Is there a way I could just some how pull out just the top screen, clean it, then some how put it back in?
