My phone was charging and it stopped. I tried to open it and it shows that writing then stops again. When I plug it that battery appears but there's nothing i can do. I also tried to download a custom OS and I waited for about an hour for it to download and nothing happens. What can I do?

1) download the custom OS to SD card and insert it to phone
2) Boot to recovery 3
3) install custom OS via CWM
phone will be reboot with Custom OS
