Hey I have a G3 and I recently replaced the screen with the entire frame.. After installing it worked fine. But after five minutes the screen started to show me a bunch of thick white line going from one end to another of the screen. Would you guys have any idea why this is happening ?

I have the same problem after I dropped the phone, hopefully I just have to check the connections on mine. Thank you very much for this answer, you probably saved me from repurchasing the screen for nothing!
