bright fluorescent picture on screen and playback!

Bought this VIXIA HF S10 on craigslist and discovered that the screen is bright fluorescent colors and playback is the same adjusting colors and brightness had no effect!!!! would like to replace whatever needs to be replaced!!! please help!!!!
