How to verify connection of USB ports & S-Video port to motherboard?

Is it possible to open only the rear panel of this laptop model S269 and check the motherboard connections to S-Video port and the 2 USB ports above the DVD drive?

I had tried to open the rear panel and when failed to do, fixed it back but since then, the ports mentioned above are not working.

Your suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

according to the board layout on page 226 the usb and the s-video connector are in the same area of the motherboard - so most likely you disconnected (or broke) something in that area

the connection shoul be on the back- or bottom side of the motherboard

you can also use this service manual to correctly disassemble the notebook
