Reboot problem after doing factory reset .

Hi Team,

I have a Samsung tab 2 P3100 , as today a update came to install and i clicked on install all then it was done after that my phone is rebooting and the later i check online and did factory reset by holding the power button and up volume but nothing worked and still having the same problem , pls help
