Why is the screen unresponsive
The screen of my ipad is on,but it doesn't respond to touch when you tap or slide.

Benard Onsongo, if after a reset your digitizer is still unresponsive, you must consider a failed digitizer. Replace the digitizer by choosing your model on here. Then select the proper guide to replace the digitizer.
