2 Why won't my screen turn on?
I got my Drift HD 720 out of the box, I'm ready to use it, and I go to turn it on . . . screen stays black. What should I do?

Have you made sure to turn on the device? If that does not fix the problem, have you checked the battery to make sure it is inside. If none of these work, refer to the replacement guide on battery replacement.

Have you pressed the power button? If not, then do so. If that does not resolve the issue, then check to see if the battery is inside. If the issue is not yet resolved, then refer to the battery replacement guide.
