My tab wont let me log into my google account on gmail or google play it always says no connection i was told it might be a memory problem but how coukd i tell if its a memory problem ive had my tab for a little while and i cant download apps or sign in and its getting annoying. How can i tell if its the memory and if it is how much for a replacement

Is you internet connection through 4g or wifi?If its4g make sure your getting a signal if not make sure your wifi connections working ok? You may also want to check and see if you may have your setting on airplane mode. Go into settings and check your network settings

Try to Hard reset tablet using Power + Volume up + Menu. it will reset the setiing to default.
If this problem is due to malfunction of Software, Hard Reset will set it to default.
