My Keurig has the following issue: When I brew a cup it is not filling to the appropriate water level. (6 oz will only brew on the 8 oz setting) I've noticed that in the refill tank there is this rubbery thing and as coffee is brewing, water is leaking out of that back into the tank. Does this mean the water pump is broken and needs replaced or is it something else.

Mindy, that is actually a check valve. When the water tank outlet sits on it, it opens that check valve. You could another reservoir, or check the valve in the base. It is not your water pump since it does fill it up when you set it to 8oz.
