Why can't I hear through my device?
Whenever I am connected to a call the sound is either not present, or the sound cuts in and out. I have updated my device but the problem persists.

The device may be low on power. Plug the device into the charging station to insure a full charge. If this does not correct the problem, it is likely that the speaker has blown in the device. Access
the Plantronics Voyager Legend earpiece replacement guide for information on replacing the speaker assembly in this device.
