I solved my problem... Solution is so simple... I opened my macbook and checked the connector between logic board and screen... It was not well placed. I think after i dropped macbook that connector was taken out. So i replaced this connector and kernel panic problem went away. If someone who encounters a problem like that it is worth a try...

Thank you for all your concern.

First, keep your security updates done. You don't have to upgrade the system. Kernel Panics can be hardware or software related. Keep an external backup of your data at all times. Just plug in an external hard drive and it will ask if you want to use it for a Time Machine backup. Install a good anti-virus such as Symantec. Apple is now a target because of their success, no one cares about Bill Gates anymore.

To see if something you added is causing the problem start up in Safe Mode by holding down the Shift key on start up.

I'm using Bootcamp and Windows 7 is installed as second OS. I having this problem on Windows too. All security updates are done and i'm using Avast Mac Security 2015.

I think there is a problem which originated from hardware rather than software. What makes me think like that is this kernel panic started right after i dropped my macbook. Is screen replacement can be solution for this case? What is your opinion?

Thanks for your concern.

If Tom suggestion is over your head, I'd take it to a Apple Store or ASP and see what they would charge for a Flat Rate Repair as you may have logic board issues.

Hi,

My MacbookPro 15inch late 2013 stopped booting up because of kernel panics. And when I took it to the service center they told me that the logic board needs to be replaced which would cost me around $700. No damage no software failure.. Just out of the blue it started this problem. I have started to question the quality of Apple products now.

Thanks!

Call 1-800-MYAPPLE. Ask about a "flat rate depot repair". It should be $357 including shipping and tax.

Most likely cracked solder joints under the chips, causing system instability.

You can find the exact module of failure by tracing the panic dumps.
