MacBook 13" early 2009 Compatibility of a SSD

My MacBook with 2GHz Core 2 Duo has Hitachi 120GB hard drive and running 2GBx2 Transcend RAMs. I want to upgrade my hard drive to higher capacity. I reside in a remote village. So I don't get delivery from online sellers. So I have checked with local stores. The good SSD they have is Transcend SSD370S. Can I use Transcend SSD370S 256GB or 512GB with my MacBook?
