As suggested in the Nexus 10 Troubleshooting page, problems with the screen or digitizer can be remedied by replacing the display assembly.
Follow this guide to replace the display.

There are multiple places where you can get a new screen (or digitizer) e-bay (broken nexus 10 for parts screens look to be intact) and some from ifixit Sold Out as of right now and here are some more screens for sale hope this helps Google Shop
