I have a "?" on my screen what are the possible problems
i have a model 2211 about 19 months old unit comes on but with a "?" mark on the screen.

This means that your computer cannot find the startup disk, to try to fix it, boot from the install disk and try to set the install disk, if this does not work, try verifying and repairing the drive, if this does not work then try DiskWarrior, if all of these fail, then you need a new hard disk. If you need to do data recovery, I suggest Data Rescue.
