HI,
in most cases this the problem of bad laminated screen. Sometimes its present on non replaced OEM screen but mostly on replacment parts. Mostly this problem happens when u leave your device on sun or radiator (heat).
It happens when air gets in betwen glass and lcd.
To fix this easest wa is to replace the screen.
