How can I get my phone to complete initial booting sequence?
It only gets to the trademark Motorola "M" and won't continue. How can I fix this?

Here is a link which shows how to reset your phone.
If you are forced to perform an external reset (also known as a hard reset) ensure that the battery is charged before you do this.
Also be aware of the warning regarding a hard reset. All your downloaded apps and user data will be erased. Your phone will be restored to a factory default condition. It will be like when you first bought it.
