Every time I open use my web devices like internet explorer or google chrome it begins to say website error or recovering wep page evey time I open/use it and because of this my laptop has gotten slower and is currently affecting my other installed apps and open websites like facebook, and yahoo mail what should I do?

If your Laptop has suddenly became slower, and now you cannot access the web...I would suggest that you take it to a shop and tell them that you suspect that the system is infected.
