LCD flickering, not due to motherboard or VGA

Hi, about a month ago i purchased a MacBook Pro 13" Retina Early 2015, but suddenly the display gone crazy and it flickers so bad that i can't do anything. When i turn my laptop on, everything is fine, but after I login to the system, the screen starts flickering.

I've already changed the VGA and the problem is not due to VGA.

The interesting fact is that when I connect it to an external display through HDMI cable, both macbook and external display seem to be normal, with no flickers at all, but when i disconnect the cable, the problem comes back.

Any idea that what could be the problem?

This machine may still be under warranty. I wouldn't mention the repair you made.

I do have an Apple Case number on this and it's early here so if this fails, get back to me and I'll see if I can't bump it up to a senior advisor with Apple.

Thx mayer, right now i live in Iran and it's not an option for me. I have to repair the machine.
