Why wont my iPhone 5s turn on at all
my iPhone 5s will not turn on and when u plug it up to charge it first vibrates then dings every 5 seconds then after a few minutes it gets really hot

I would try a hard reset (holding the power, and home button until apple logo appears). If that doesn't help, and assuming your iPhone is no longer under warranty, I would open it, and disconnect battery. I then would check the condition, looking for any bulging etc. I would also take a multi meter and check the battery voltage.
Has the iPhone ever had any water damage?

wont even to come on I have tried the reset anyways though any thing else
