Charging cord was fitting loosely, but it was charging before.
Phone will not charge. Phone power turns on when I blow into the Charging Port. Charging icon does not go on.

Hi,
It sounds like the charging port in your phone is either loose (and perhaps it just needs to be resoldered) or it is damaged.
Here is a link that shows how to replace the micro USB (charging) port in your phone.
To do this you will need to have surface mount soldering experience and the tools necessary to do the job.
If you feel that it is something that you cannot do, I suggest that you take it to a professional mobile phone repair service or two/three (ask for a quote) to get it repaired.
