2 Why does my device turn on and off by itself?
As soon as I power on my device, it automatically shuts off. There is no display that appears from the startup-it just automatically shuts off.

This problem can be caused by multiple issues. Your device's RAM may be loose and need to be reseated, or it may need to be replaced. If this solution does not help, then your motherboard has failed and needs to be replaced. Please refer to the appropriate replacement guides to resolve this issue.
