Why is my bowl so hard to remove from the base?
I am having trouble removing the bowl from the base, and could use some help learning how to better detach it.

The bowl will often fit to well into the braces on the base, whether this is due to food byproduct of some sort or the bowl just being made to fit too tightly. To get it off the base better, rub vegetable oil on the braces of the base. This will make it come off more slick. Also preventing this tight fit, you could store the unit with the bowl detached from the base.
