Why can't I remove the cover of the camera?
After taking out all of the screws from the body of the camera, the outer shell will not come off.

Usually the body shell has small plastic hooks inside that keep it together even when the screws are removed. Also, note that sometimes screws are hidden under stickers: make sure you remove these too.
Once the screws are all out, you need a prying tool to gently pry the shell apart along the seams without breaking the hooks.
Pay attention, the shell may have flat cables attached to it that must be carefully disconnected before the shell can be detached completely.
