Section of the magnetic screen won't erase
There is a large spot on the drawing screen that won't erase when the slider goes over it, what can I do to fix this problem?

Is the section of the screen distorted or indented? That section of the screen may be crushed, in case the only way to solve this problem is to replace the magnetic screen. Use this guide to replace it. Hope this helps!
