Why doesn't my controller work wirelessly?
I'm able to play with usb cable connected to it, but unable to play wirelessly.

Hi Terence,
Have you ever check the LED indicator on controller? what happen after you turn on the controller without plugging the cable?

When I do it as I have the same issue the red buttons just flash and then do nothing
