Sending Photos and videos on wattsapp

Something is not enabled on my blackberry Z30. I am unable to share videos and photos on wattsapp but can receive from others. I am unable to do videos on imo. I have checked and rechecked the settings but unsure as to what to turn on to enable these functions....Please help!
