i change the display and when i try the phone the camera doesn´t work so i open it again and try to fixit it. by trying, now the phone doesn't start and the display does´t work

Plug it into your computer and open iTunes. Leave it a couple of minutes and come back. If the phone is showing up in iTunes, good. That means it's still alive.
Unplug the battery to turn it off and then reseat the screen connectors. And then plug the battery back in and turn on. If there is no display - you need to replace the screen.
Also, reseat the camera (was it front or back? And if necessary, replace it. Cheap replacements on eBay for this.
If there is no response in iTunes, try power cycling it. Otherwise you may have killed it
