Repeating bulb start up but no lamp on

*already replace lamp and lamp ballast

lamp blew out right after hearing a buzzing sound coming from tv. Hearing same sound now upon start up, which seems like the tv is attempting to initiate lamp. This sound does a continuous loop. I am wondering, if this is likely an easy repair or relaxing a board or specific part??? Thanks!
