Fn key stuck after cleaning

Spilled some tea (w creamer) on the left-side of my keyboard. Keys were a bit sticky so I went to take out a few and clean with isopropyl alcohol. Unfortunately, now the Fn key remains stuck on so computer is very difficult to use (arrows & backspace does not work).

Any ideas? The button looks fine with the plastic cover off. There's a slight tear of the rubber nipple but nothing major. I'm definitely pressing on the white dot of the key.

Could it be the isopropyl alcohol shorting something? I've left the key cover off and blew a fan on it over night already. Is it a software issue? (which would be weird because I didn't mess with the software side at all)
