Here's how to replace it: Braven BRV-X Battery Replacement
I can't find anything on the battery. Open it up and see if the is a part number on it.
The battery in the guide shows a number but it's covered by what looks like black tape and I can't read it.

In my case I replaced the battery with 2x Rechargeable Li-Ion Battery 2600mAh 3.7V Dimension: 65(L) x 18(Dia.)mm.
Glue together and solder connecting back on

there is a 3rd wire for battery pack, with a 7.4v pack
The best batteries are the panasonic 18650 batteries. Do a google search for them. You can usually find them for $8-10 (and higher) each with a little work. The Panasonic brand is definitely more expensive but of superior quality to all the chinese knock off batteries. Will hold a charge better and last much longer on a charge.

Look for an 18650 battery looks like aa batteries and solder em on i founf some that are 5200 mah by vericore

What CDR is recommended for the 18650 for this application? I see many brands with a wide range of mAh and a wide range of CDR.
