My 03 ford ranger died and won't start .
Changed coil pack, plugs, cam shaft sensor, crank sensor. It turns over but won't fire. Has spark, fuel, and air. Maybe flooding injectors, wide open.

Mass Air Flow sensor wouldn't cause it not to start.
Replace your fuel pump relay and see if that does the trick. If it doesn't work you can return it and put the old one back in. If that doesn't work you can replace the fuel pump. A big red flag for the fuel pump or relay is if the car will sometimes turn over but other times it won't.
