1 phone wont go past setup stage
hi I have a blackberry z 10 every time I turn my phone on then it goes to the setup field but the last step where you have to connect a network it stuck every time and I have wireless connection at home , it says connected to the connection but then does not wants to move past that stage . what do I do now. I need help
