When the Mobile HTC Desire 300 start up the LCD is black?

The following details for my case:

- When start up the mobile : the screen is black but it’s vibrating and ringing when start up.

- If it has a SIM card: the mobile can receive calls and ring but the screen is black.

- so I changed the LCD screen because it's failed

- but the problem didn't solve still the nothing showing on LCD :(
